The sassy side of baking can mean so many things but for me its adding a little flare to everything I make wether its adding a burst of flavor that most people wouldn’t think to add or its adding a pop of color to the dessert or confection I’m working on.

To be the best in your own kitchen you have to be comfortable in it, to me it’s learning how to use the appliances in your kitchen as well as if you ever decide to upgrade do the research on the product to make sure it fits your needs, also being the best comes with practicing and learning plus building up your confidence in your skills
Baking is such a great way to express so many different emotions, like when it’s someone is celebrating their birthday and you want to share in the joy and happiness baking them something is a great way to show your happiness for the occasion. Or when someone loses a love one I find baking something comforting tends to help with the grieving process because people tend to have a hard time saying no to sweets even when they are grieving. Overall being able to share your creations with the people you love can bring such joy and happiness into ones life.
